the apartment was clean. the kitchenette had all necessary equipment. i appreciated the free coffee available each morning prior to 11 am. the location allowed easy access to the city center.
the towel size provided was smaller than expected after showering.

the apartment had a functional kitchen. it even included a filter coffee maker. the location felt okay all time, i noticed cafes and supermarkets were nearby.
the sound insulation was not good, i could hear neighbors. the dishwasher did not work in the room, it just beeped an error. it was impossible to book the exact room type i wanted, this was disappointing.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, i found even a coffee maker. a cozy space, i appreciated how clean everything was and found the bed to be comfortable. the bathroom had a good shower, and the location was convenient for getting around. Nearby, i noticed a tram station.
the tv occasionally shut down and restarted, this was annoying when i watched films in the evenings.

centralized acguest responsibilities
I found some issues . The air conditioning was centrally controlled. The staff did not lower the temperature as I requested, made for a very uncomfortable night. guests have to clean their own rooms and take out the garbage. This felt unreasonable, especially with a fine for not doing it properly.
